Another vaccine? Dengue is characterised by acute myalgia. Vaccines, due to their neurotoxic effect, damage the myalene sheath that protect the nervous system. They could morph dengue into something much worse.
The recent dengue outbreak in many states of India, accompanied by chikunguniya, a very similar disease, points to the lowered immunity of the general population. Vaccines cannot really help as they compromise the immune system.
What we need is improved sanitation, hygiene, nutrition and less chemicals and vaccines. Money that should be used to clean up the cities, the environment and eradicate poverty is currently being unnecessarily diverted to fill the pockets of the vaccine lobby.

Agree on the need for improved sanitation. Disagree on your demonization of vaccines.
To give just one example where your argument is not supported by the facts: with your phrase "fill the pockets" you insinuate that the "vaccine lobby" is making a fortune. Not so. There is not the huge profit for vaccines that there is for drugs that need to be taken for chronic conditions.
